Our waitress was very nice. The calamari appetizer was delicious as were the desserts. But those were the only good points. On the negative side we waited over 20 minutes for our reservation. The bacon appetizer, the pork loin entrée and the sushi were awful. The steak in the sushi was way overcooked it was shoe leather. The salmon sushi tasted like it went bad. The pork and the bacon were mostly all fat. It was very disappointing.
We went during restaurant week and were very disappointed. The restaurant was very crowded not even sure if it was within the Covid restrictions and they were busy with take out also. Our dinner came out cold and it took us two hours before we were served after asking our server throughout what the delay was. Food was just ok. We told the manager as we were leaving and he just shrugged his shoulders. Bad business
We went for my birthday which was the first day of restaurant week. When i made the reservation, i put it was for my birthday and my mom also reminded the waiter when we got there. they forgot my candle. the service was not very good and a little slow.
Food cold , drinks came out wrong but they charged us anyway, server never checked until we were done eating-
We arrived on time for our eight o’clock reservation.We left. Poor social distancing and we’re told to wait in crowded lobby for an unspecified time. Suggest they get their act together. We’ve been dining out in this area for thirty years and have never had this experience, even with Covid. The other six restaurants we frequent play by the rules and so should they. That treatment was downright disrespectful.
Service was great. Food was awful!
Was very disappointed. Been here many times before and was outstanding, this time not even close. Surf and turf roll which is normally great, this time steak was overcooked and felt like it was reheated from prior day. I ordered medium rare skirt steak as my main meal and it came out cold, rare, borderline raw. Mashed potatoes had no flavor and felt like they were instant potatoes. We went New Year’s eve, so it was a limited menu and a little expensive which is to be expected. We stayed for appetizer, entrée and dessert. It took us almost 3 hours to get out of there and we did not dawdle. My food was cold, my wife’s food was cold Our friends food was fine. We’ve been here a few times before and it usually is good, but it seems it always takes a while to get your food. Our first time going there and it will be our last the food was cold. We felt rushed and the service was bad our waitress would just disappear
