I took my wife to the restaurant for her anniversary. We have been there a few times prior which we had an amazing time and the food was good. This time we had a different experience. The service was not that great. We barely saw our waitress. The food was not that great neither. We got the surf and turf roll and the steak was dry as well as the rice. HORRIBLE! I know this is a long post but please read before going here. When we checked in for our 7:30 reservation we were told that there were “lots of tables with people just sitting” and that we would have a 10 minute wait - a seat at the bar was suggested. After 25 minutes I asked if our table would be ready soon because we had been waiting 25 minutes...again I was told that they were waiting for tables to become available. Service was Terrible. Waitress Jennifer was horrible
Food took close to an hour for two meals. My meal came raw and had to be sent back.
Went here to celebrate my mom’s 79th birthday. We have been several times before and always enjoyed our meal. Service was great and food was good....until a bug crawled out from under my guests’s food. The waitress was extra apologetic but the manager (who was informed about the bug but had not seen it) disregarded it as a fruit fly, which it most definitely was not. Mashed potatoes and Sweet potato risotto were bland. No flavor whatsoever. Lobster tail overcooked. Missing flavor, deff not what i was expecting.
Service overall was horrific! From honoring the reservation, to getting seated, to having a waitress come over to the table. Food was good as usual but the unacceptable service really took away from the entire dining experience.
Went there on recommendation from friend. Calimari was of the frozen type, filet special was kids size and the lobster tails were of the $5.99 kind and undercooked
Excellent food. Lousy service. Noisy.
