When we arrived at Thom Thom the restaurant Had only 3 other tables Instead of coming to greet us We heard the waiters arguing over who would serve us Not a good start We ordered a coke and a beer And a strip steak med rare and filet Mignon medium After waiting 45 minutes And being told twice “ your food should be right up” I was served a med WELL steak When I said This is horribly overcooked The BUSBOY came over to argue with me So Slow service Overcooked food Bad attitude Well never go back
Food was good service was not good it was very crowded they forgot to put bread on the table we asked lemon and water they forgot to give us water then they brought the water I forgot the lemon they apologize for taking so long for the food to come out they said they had a lot of Uber eats orders so we waited an hour and a half just to get our appetizer proportions in very small the price is a very high
The server was horrible. Sushi was warm, cappuccino was cold.
Nothing memorable except the baby crying for most of our meal. My wife had paella and the shrimp and calamari were over cooked and rubbery. Our waitress wasn't very good. She apologized for us not getting our salad 5 minutes after we finished the salad. Asked her twice about a sample of a beer I've never heard of. By the time I got the taste, I had finished eating. My steak was OK but nothing great. No one ever asked if our food was OK otherwise I would have said something. I guess they really just don't care.
Food was ok slow service
Service was slow on Father’s Day. Ribs weren’t good. The Surf and Turf Maki Roll was pretty good, as was the pita bread. The restaurant has a small parking lot, and the surrounding area has very limited parking unless you’re a town resident. (Some of the parking spaces limit you to only one hour.) The staff was very nice. I might have liked it more if I had ordered something else, as other members of my party did like their meals. Moral of the story: Never order ribs at a place that doesn’t have them on the everyday menu.
We hadn’t been there in a few years and decided to go to celebrate an upcoming wedding anniversary. The restaurant itself was very dark and dated. The food was good but pricey. Don’t think I’ll be back.
the waitress was rushing its
We had an 8:00 reservation and we were not sat until 8:45. We ordered everything as soon as the waiter came over and the steaks did not arrive until 9:55. The waiter did not apologize or even come around and ask if we wanted more drinks or bread or anything while we were waiting. Restaurant cleared out at about 9 so it’s not like the were busy. The food was all very good but not good enough for that wait and service. Will not be back.
