Terrible. The food, the drinks, the service all terrible. 0/10
Food is always exceptional but this time that I went I was disappointed in the initial experience took 25 minutes just to be greeted the first time and to ask if we wanted a drink
Perhaps it was an off night. The service was so slow; the waiter inattentive, never came by unless we called him over. I’ll give the place another chance.
I have to say I was very dissatisfied with tonight’s meal. We are regulars at Thom Thom and tonight was not a good night. We were a party of 6. Everyone’s meal was mediocre if that. My meal and my husbands had to go back because there were cold. Meal was not cheap hence Thanksgiving night. So yea pretty unhappy and still hungry. 🙄
The service was okay. The food was not. Overcooked filet mignon and overcooked seafood in my paella.
It was restaurant week and the place was packed. I don't know if they were short staffed but we had to wait a while between courses and initially for drinks. Waiter was very nice, but may have been given too many tables to serve properly.
Service was incredibly slow. 45 minutes for our appetizer. they ran out of many items on the 2nd day of restaurant week. food taste itself was ok at best. i wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all.
I was extremely disappointed and will never return here or recommend this restaurant. Once our party of 4 was seated it took a good 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. Once she came over we gave our drink orders and asked for 2 waters for our children. Ten minutes later, still no drinks, no water for the kids, she asked if we were ready to order. Food was delicious But it took so long to prepare the food. The restaurant was about 25% filled and it took me and my wife over 45 min to get our main dish upon ordering it. Our lava cake took 20 plus minutes to receive upon ordering
