I was super excited this resturant was participating in resturant week. Food was great, service was terrible. I'm in the industry so I can totally understand when thing gets a little "weeded" and everyone is running around. Order our drinks took waitress about 20 mins to return during that time another waitress saw our wondering eyes and came over took our order. Very disappointed in our waiter service. Ordering a drink at a table should never take about 25 minutes. Waiters are there to provide a watchful eye on their assigned tables... to take an interest. Our waiter was never anywhere to be found and we never saw him again even though we needed him. Some people just shouldn’t be waiters. We ended up being generous and giving him A $30 tip.... something he did not deserve. After he took the check we never saw him again. Not even a thank you or have a good night. Too bad.
Food good & good value Service somewhat slow Noise level extremely uncomfortable
Have been going to Thom Thom for years and always enjoyed it. But our experience last Saturday night makes me wonder if we will return. We were seated at a table for 2, placed on the main aisle of the restaurant and surround by multiple large parties. There should never have been a table placed in that location. Every guest and every server walked down that main aisle and sadly we were right in the middle of all of them. We mentioned it to the hostess and she apologized. did not honor reservations, waited a half hour to get seated. food was long to come. as a result it was a terrible experience. i used to love this restaurant
Tables WAY too close. No privacy. Very loud. Food ok...not great. Service good. Been there twice.,... might not be 3times. 😟
We had reservation for 6:45 and was not seated until 7:30pm after going to the hostess 3 times.
We arrived early and still waited over a half hour for a table. It took 10 minutes for us to be greeted. For the waitress to ask if we were ready to order. We said yes for apps. She told us everything needed to be ordered at once. So we said we needed a minute. The waitresses came back. We ordered and I’m pretty sure that was the last we saw of her. We went for Father's day. Big mistake! The food was dry and over cooked. Not sure why because we were one of the only people in there. The steaks were supposed to be medium well and they were well done. Some sent their steaks back and still couldn't eat it when it came back. My salmon was dry an overcooked as well. We will never go back here.
