Everything was fine except the noise level is extremely too high and should be dealt with
We have eaten at Thom Thom many times but it was not a great experience on Thursday night. Service was very slow and our food was eh.
Arrived in time for our reservation. There was no hostess to be found. Finally someone came over who was also a waitress. There were no tables available and her response was that because of the bad weather a lot more people showed up than they expected and we would just have to wait like everyone else. Why do they take reservations if they don’t honor them? We left and we will return and will inform all of our friends to do the same.
very disappointed found food selection very limited and desert was almost non existent only 4 poor selections i was very disappointed
Disappointed. Easter brunch....French toast was dried out, shrimp had not been completely deveined- yuck, prime rib was either raw or too fatty. Sushi was good but only 2 sushi eaters in the party of 5.
Way too loud - to the point it was not enjoyable. Food was so so.
Food and service were above average and waitress was fantastic. Big issue was we had a 7pm reservation and were not seated until 7:45. I understand having to wait a little but 45 minutes is r1diculous. Went to hostess station 2 times to get some info and was met with the typical indifference from the woman who seemed to be in charge. No apology just, it is very busy and we are doing the best we can.
We were seated in a timely manner. The noise level was a little high from the bar or the acoustics of the restaurant. The lobster my daughter had was not top notch but she didn't complain about it. One was fine but the other tail had an odor-- which I also was able to smell. Drinks were okay.
Food is always very good. Sampler appetizer was changed from crabcake to meatball. While good, the meatball was totally out of place on the sampler. We had a 7:30pm reservation and didn't get our table until 8pm. They need to manage their reservations better.
