I have been to this restaurant a handful times and I’ve always loved it. The recent time I went was horrendous. I understand the kitchen gets backed up, but we waiting about an hour for 2 entrees. My filet mignon was tough and well done (I ordered it medium) while my boyfriends 10 oz. was butterflied in half and RARE (he always ordered a medium). We had a show to go to and couldn’t wait for them to Good the food more. He didn’t eat a bite of his steak and all we were offered was $10 off the bill. CraZy.

First let me say I have been to Thom Thom a few times before & had no complaints about the food or the service, which is why I chose here to celebrate my 40th birthday with my 2 long time friends. Our waitress didn’t come to our table for 15 minutes after we sat down. Granted it was 6:30 on a Saturday night, but 15 minutes?? It was another 15 minutes before she came back with our drinks! Been here many times. Service was beyond slow with no apologies from waitress. I’m sure she was stressed! The skirt steak not as good as it usually is. Disappointed ! The woman who sat us said “they weren’t expecting so many people”. Yet everyone had reservations

In a word disappointing. No better than Ok, but for the price and quality we wont be rushing back. Service was no more than fair, food was ok, but for the price expected much better.

Service was terrible. Not a complainer but ordered 720 and main course at 830. Asked for desert menu and that took 10 minutes. Not server's fault. They assigned her tables in another zip code from our table.

WE USED TO ENJOY GOING TO THIS PLACE...THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE...THEY DID NOT PUT OUT BREAD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MEAL...WE HAD TO ASK FOR IT...I ORDERED THE TWIN LOBSTER TAILS FOR $34.95 AND THEY WERE SO SMALL AS COMPERED TO THE LAST 2X I ORDERED THEM...MY WIFE ORDERED THE STRIP STEAK AND IT WAS ABOUT 1/2 THE SIZE AS THE PREVIOUS TIMES WE WENT...THE WAITRESS ONLY CAME OVER ONCE AND OTHER TIMES WE HAD TO ASK FOR MORE WATER...WHEN WE WENT TO PAY THE BILL SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO COLLECT THE MONEY...JUST VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR... read more

I’ve heard good things about this place so I was expecting a great meal. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I went with my family for Father’s Day brunch. Our waitress was nice but a little out there. We had to call her every time we needed something. The eggs were over done and the bacon was , let’s just say it took crispy to a whole new level . We have been going here for many years. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel I have to. We were there this past Friday night to celebrate my son's completion of high school. Unfortunately, our waitress was nowhere to be found the entire evening, and the food, all of which we've had in the past and were looking forward to, was very subpar. I'm hoping this was an aberration, but it was overall a very disappointing experience.

Very noisy!! They run a special each night. Three of us had the lobster tail special. It was laughable. The tail was not large enough to be an appetizer, let alone an entree. Very disappointing and the manager simply shrugged off our dismay over the dish. Poor management! Nothing "SPECIAL" about Thom Thoms! Very disappointing :(
