Service could have been better waited for bread for 15-20 minutes and kept on forgetting certain things. We came here for the service and food. Not just for the food.
I requested a table close to the buffet for a handicapped person, but was not seated close by. The food was ok, but sparse. No french toast, waffles or pancakes. And some food ran out while we were there. Had to ask multiple times to have it replenished...and some of it never was. Thanks to Ekaterina for bringing out a plate of watermelon slices after they disappeared from the buffet. Brunch cocktail and coffee were not included. Food was excellent Service was good. Only drawback is they fit you in like sardines... Not a comfortable feeling. Very loud so no romantic dinning here.
The female bartender who served us while we waited for our table was not at all pleasant and seemed annoyed. This should be addressed.
It was a birthday celebration. We waited over thirty minutes to be seated. We had a reservation. The service was slow and the noise level was extremely high. Tables were crowded to get more people seated
Long wait, barstaff overwhelmed, dirty seat at table. Timely food service. Otherwise good!
Would love better parking or valet so being towed would not be a concern Also meals served steak and no steak knives
Had 7:15 reservation...wasn’t seated til 8...then nobody even bothered to come to our table for over 25 minutes and that was after speaking to hostess how we were ready to leave...appetizers were not even hot... First visit and definitely our last!
I made a reservation for two for 6pm. The restaurant was empty. We were sat at the smallest table in the center of the restaurant while there were many empty tables we could have been sat. There was so much wait staff traffic going back and forth I felt like I was having dinner in the middle of a busy transit hub. We kept getting bumped into and at one point I had to duck to get out of the way of a tray. The sides tasted like they were made from a box.
