Mismatch food was a little bit of a let down. Bok choy didn't seem to go with the Osso Bucco. Yellow Tuna doesn't belong on top of mushroom risotto with Bok Choy, once again.
We've been there quite a few times. The food was excellent as always but that's where it stops. It was Father's day 2017. The place needs a makeover. Dark dreary and dull. Told the person in front to put a candle in dessert. Never relayed message. Food was terrible. Unbeatable creamed spinach,fatty pork chops.. Manager was very nice as was the waitress
I wouldn't order drink's from this place. Between my friend & myself we tried 4 different mixed drinks and they all tasted similar & VERY watered down. The seating is extremely tight which makes it difficult to have a semi private conversation. It also gets pretty loud in there.
Sushi was good. Ordered a rare filet mignon and it came out raw! I like my steak very rare, this was raw!!!!
The food was good but the waiter was terribly rude and abrupt. They wanted to clear our plates while we were still eating . They were rushing us along since it was a Saturday night and they wanted to turn the table. the waiter never spoke to us simply took our order and really was not personable at all. Would not recommend this place .There are a tremendous amount of great restaurants on long island that value their customers .
Had a groupon and decided to check this place out...the kani salad was delicious...my main meal was scallops and jumbo shrimp plated with brown rice. It did not look appetizing and both seafood had a burnt taste to it. My boyfriend ordered steak cooked rare. It was all fat and no steak. Very disappointed. I will not be going back.
Something was off. No hostess. Service was slow. Some of the food wasn't hot and some of the dishes were abnormally bland. We would however give them another chance because we've had good meals here in the past. Don't rule them out. Any place can have bad night.
I used to frequent this restaurant much more regularly, but feel the service has gone down. The past two times I visited, the appetizers came out at the same time as the main course, and the bread came out later. Even though I mentioned it (nicely), nothing was done in response. The bathrooms were dirty, too. Most likely won't be returning because there are other restaurants that deliver better service very nearby.
