Response to their comment: Again, dishonesty abounds. They have not "made multiple attempts to resolve this issue". Don't trust these people. Avoid This Clinic - Negligence, Poor Communication, and Broken Promises Our experience with this clinic was a nightmare. At our first visit, the vet hastily prescribed SSRIs for our dog without a thorough assessment, providing inadequate counseling. Truly terrible customer service. I have taken my dogs there for the last couple years and the service has become progressively worse. Constant changeover with staff and doctors have led to grossly incompetent people serving your pet. I called to see if I could get my dog in Due to an injury and let them know that she could not walk and was told that she could not be seen for three weeks. The Doctor Who was at the clinic that day said that she could not fit any patients in at all. They then would have another doctor coming th... read more

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, in order to properly treat emergencies, we are only able to take so many each day. The day you are speaking of, we were beyond capacity and could not take any more emergencies than we already had in the hospital. I am sorry that we had to refer you to an immediate care facility, but that was the best option to have your pet cared for at that time.

If I could give lower than one start I would. I know pet care is difficult to find these days, but do your best to NOT select this place. They have been so short staffed I have had to see a contract doctor, whom did not complete appropriate charting, effecting the prompt medication of my dog. My male German shepherd was neutered at this facility and 5 days post op had to be taken in for emergency sugery as a result of post operative vascular bleeding from an inept surgeon. These people need staff. They need to be honest with their people and the public. I hope to see change. I hope they are honest with their new hires on what has gone on inside the clinic. The old staff in 2021 (until beginning of 2023) was so great but something happened. They did covid protocols so well, maybe reopening to the public wasn't the best idea; I don't think they were ready.

This company is not truthful about their fees. At Tigard Animal Hospital, I booked an appointment for a cat nail trim that was listed online as $38. When it was time to pay for the service, I was told that in addition to the amount listed online, I must pay a "tech fee" in case 2 people had to do the nail trim. A $38 nail trim turned into a $62-dollar total fee for a 5-minute service, that may or may not have taken two people to do. I am appalled. Do not use this vet. There was a mixup in getting an RX for my dog over to Walmart RX which meant I wouldn't receive my dogs medication till after he was to be boarded and needed it. The vet refused to fill it themselves and told me I'd just need to hope Walmart got it filled in time. I had to cancel my vacation and lost over $5000 in non refundable reservations and tickets.

they are a mill - move em in move em out - they are expensive and just feel like a big capitalist churning machine and rotating door with vets and under paid office staff. Find someone better.

Don't ever take your Dog to this Vet. It's all about $$$$ for them, not caring about animals. I took my dog there because he wouldn't eat, they said I could bring him in because it was an emergency ( which has an extra $100 fee)Poor Service, Vet Tech took my information and said she would relay to vet and for me to go home and the Vet would call me later. Worst experience ever! I spent five consecutive Sat mornings as a walk-in since they could not get Larry, my Yorkie-Shizu in for an appt for FIVE weeks! I have been bringing my fur babies here for 25 years. There are three vets (one in office per day it seems) that seem to work independently without reading each other's notes. Larry was not eating and during the five weeks, was deteriorating. I was given a liquid medication for him that was supposed to last two weeks.
