TLC Work performed by Will S*****. We had a clogged toilet. Will call us 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. We was on time and had the toilet back in operation withing 15-20 minutes. He was professional, and very personable. We will ask for him for our next TLC service. We would rate him A+ or 5 out of 5 stars! Bruce and Carolyn G****

Five stars for Eric H and TLC. I called TLC on a Saturday at 10:00 am. Eric arrived about noon and diagnosed and replaced an electrically fried transformer in my furnace in about 35 minutes. I greatly appreciated his courteous, pleasant, and professional manner; his thorough, competent and efficient skills toward resolving the issue with my furnace.

This service call by TLC was handled extremely well by Rich W. He understood the problem immediately, explained the options for fixing it clearly, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service and advice he provided. I have used TLC a number of times in the past and this performance is what I have come to expect from them.

For the last 14 years, we have used TLC for our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. They have always taken good care of us. Today, we had exceptional service from Adam A. who came to service our heating system. He was on time, courteous, clearly explained his notations and the service he provided. Bart Chinana and his assistant, Brian, from TLC Heating and Cooling replaced my furnace on 11/21/17. They both did a terrific job!! I'm really happy with the results! They are both Outstanding Professionals!!
I would rate this experience with TLC and Mr. Will S***** a review of 5 or better. He was polite, honest and patient. He was thorough in every task he took on in regards to my plumbing concerns. He actually brought relief to our household in relation to the pinpointing of the problem and affordable repair costs?
