From scheduling my appointment to completion of my service call, TLC handled everything in a courteous and professional manner. Victor called to confirm my appointment beforehand and arrived on time. My service call was completed in a competent and timely manner. Victor was very pleasant to deal with. This is the third time I have used TLC and have been impressed each time with the way things were handled

I have had good experiences with TLC Plumbing in the past. So, when I had an electrical issue involving a ceiling fan in my kitchen, I thought I'd try TLC Electrical. It turns out that Dakoda Moorhead from TLC Electrical was professional, personable and able to take care of the issue. Now that I have had TLC resolve an electrical issue, I will definitly use and recommend them for both plumbing and electrical work.

I had an emergency plumbing problem (stopped up kitchen sink) on Sunday afternoon and was somewhat in a panic as we had visitors and were expecting overnight house guests. I called TLC and their after hours answering service connected me quickly with the TLC dispatcher who assigned Will S. to handle my job. Will S. called and arrived within the hour. Updated heating and air with a new system in one day. They were very friendly and courteous. Explained how to operate the system. Cleaned up everything and took the old systems with them.

It may have taken three weeks to get an appointment but once the service arrived it was exceptional. (This is a busy time of year for cooler/heater changeover.) The technician, James C, shut down the cooler and thoroughly checked and started up the heater all while finishing the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. James C went above and beyond expectation and I am very pleased with the service I received. I plan to continue to call TLC with any HVAC and plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Will S***** was the person who came to my house to fix a clogged line and do some work fixing the washer line to the garbage disposal. he came at the time he said he would. He was extremely polite and helpful. he worked quickly and got the job done very well. I really appreciate what he did and would specifically ask for him again (which I will do soon for some other work.) Give him five star rating with all the plus signs.
