My inspector, Bob was amazing. He was thorough, patient and personable. He took the time to show me and explain to me the needed repairs. Additionally, he pointed out other aspects of the place that would be important for me to reference. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him and the company without reservation.
Top to Bottom was great! They walked me through the entire house and told me exactly what they were looking at (and looking for). I felt like I had a complete understanding of both the positive and negative aspects of the inspection. They came right on time, sent a complete report the same day and made sure to answer all the questions I had.

Easily scheduled a condo inspection during the Christmas holiday season with easy online payment options. John was on-time and fully prepared. He was patient and thorough, answering all our questions as we did the inspection. His report came the next morning and included a detailed list of findings with pictures along with an actionable summary at the top. He worked seamlessly with our realtor and I highly recommend them.

I had so many questions, and I was surprised to see how much knowledge and experience Jim had.
