Dawa provided us with a very detailed full inspection and education on home condition and maintenance. She's very thorough, attentive to client questions and took a lot of time to explain her findings. Most importantly, her input helps us to distinguish between what is and isn't a problem, and what the signs are for a potential issue in the future. The level of confidence her inspection provided us as first time homebuyers is well worth the service price. highly recommend!
Their competent and professional inspector Aaron performed an extremely thorough inspection and produced a detailed written report with photos. He found numerous problems that we would otherwise been unaware of.

Frank was my home inspector. Very professional and did a bery thorough inspection. He welcomed any and all questions, explained the main areas to me as he worked his way through his process. I felt relief and gained tons of insight into the home I'm purchasing after his visit. Definitely recommend. Additionally, the customer service from the main phone line was amazing! Thank you, team!

Buying a new house is always a stressful proposition, but Dawa with Top to Bottom services gave my parents the confidence they needed to move forward with the purchase of their new home.
