I'm a real estate agent with over 20 years of experience but work where public water and sewer are the norm. I'd had classroom instruction on well and septic systems, but no hands-on experience. Very easy and accommodating in scheduling a home inspection. Matthew who did the home inspection was really thorough and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. He went further than I expected and gave honest recommendations. I would recommend him without any hesitations.

We needed a home inspection quickly, and a friend referred me to Top to Bottom Services. Bob, a former home builder, performed our inspection the next day and did a very thorough job, explaining everything he found and giving us tips for saving energy and keeping the house in great shape after we moved in. The inspection was in the afternoon, and we got the report that evening. Overall fantastic service--would definitely recommend.
