John came to inspect my condo and did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, was thorough, explained anything of concern that he saw, explained what he was looking for when he checked various places around the unit, and sent me the report promptly as promised. It was above average for the cost of an inspection, but I trust that I got a detailed inspection with accurate information by a knowledgeable inspector for the price.

I called TTBS again for the inspection of a new build. Bob Enders was amazingly thorough in his report, and the builders were even surprised by some of the detail that he caught. Bob has a lot of prior experience managing new builds, so he is especially knowledgeable there. I gave the builder a copy of Bob's report and we were able to just go down the list for all the corrections. Every single interaction I had with the company was extremely professional and timely! We worked with Bob and he did a great job with my new construction home inspection and was able to answer every question I had along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel more confident and satisfied with my home purchase. I received my inspection report in one day which was ideal timing before my final walkthrough with the builder.

Cannot say enough good things about the home inspector (Jim) from Top to Bottom and the whole process this firm has set up. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to give me a lot of really good information about the home I was considering buying in a "walk and talk" inspection. We were able to connect with Jim to go over our inspection, and he provided some excellent insight, advice, and practical information for us. These guys are awesome! The did a really great job with our final clean. We actually got our full deposit back from the landlord. They arrived at the time they said they would and actually finished a few minutes earlier than expected. They just did a really great job and are extremely reliable! Would definitely use them again!
