I just went under contract for a house, and I feel scared and excited to go through this process. Dawa, my home inspector, has been one of the best parts of my home buying experience so far. Dawa was both knowledgeable and personable. She took time to explain important details to me throughout the inspection and made an real effort to emphasize with my experience as a first time home buyer. I would happily request Dawa and Top to Bottom Services the next time I buy a house.

We hired Top to Bottom for the second time and recommended them for our friends too. As always they came on time (actually before appointment time too) and started inspection of the outside right away. Bob is very experienced and super thorough, the whole inspection took us more than 2 hours, he was able to give us many tips or what need to be improved in the house. Besides inspector, the coordinate service was top notch and super friendly. Definitely consider them if you are looking for inspectors!

We had our (hopefully) new home inspected by Jim Parlato. He was amazing! He went over every single room and item with us and he was so patient and answered all of our questions- and we had a lot as first-time home buyers! They had told us to leave 2-4 hours for the inspection, and the whole inspection took about 3.5 hours, including the radon placement. Dan with top to bottom services was great to work with! We are first time home buyers and he made us feel really confident and comfortable with the inspection process, even though we couldn't be with him during the interior inspection due to Coronavirus and respecting social distancing. His report was very detailed and delivered quickly. Would absolutely recommend!
As first time home buyers, the whole house buying experience feels a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, Top to Bottom Services made the inspection process as seamless as possible.
