Bob Ender at Top to Bottom Services absolutely made my day! He came to my condo in DC for a home inspection, and he delivered the most thorough inspection I could have imagined, complete with pictures and the occasional joke! He's so personable and professional, and he was willing to answer all of my questions regarding issues with the condo, from lead paint removal resources/services to why galvanized pipes were a problem. I am so thankful my realtor referred me to Top to Bottom (and especially to Bob)!

Matthew Kaufman at Top to Bottom Services came on short notice to assess a water intrusion problem in my 1893 row house in Dupont Circle. He clearly knows what he's talking about and communicates very well. His inspection was very thorough, and included several recommendations for small improvements that might help as well as next steps to pursue. He was also very responsive to follow-up questions.
