I had a home inspection with John for my first home purchase! He was amazing and so thorough. I'm so happy he was there he found so many little things that I would have never thought of and he showed me all the important features of the home along the way - like the different water shut offs and things like that. They're so professional and informative and I trust everything that came in the home inspection report.
Me and my wife bought our first home in Poolesville. I had the pleasure of working with dawa a person who works for top to bottom service. Dawa was amazing. She went above and beyond her duties. I'm a person who read the boring contract and she did a lot of curiosity to explain what she could, so I as a homeowner I could better understand what I was purchasing. The report was very detailed and she was amazingly friendly. I was extremely happy with the service and made the whole transition extremely easy
My inspector, Bob, was very knowledgeable about new home construction and took the time to explain the process to us. I will be hiring them again for other services.

A couple of weeks ago I posted a review regarding a TTB pre-drywall inspection we had that we did not find to be very thorough. The inspector seemed to make it sound as if a thorough inspection wasn't necessary because of the builder's reputation and rigorous county inspection standards. We were actually less concerned about the inspector potentially missing things (we felt fairly confident our house was being built correctly) than we were about the inspector's messaging -- we walked away feeling like we had wasted our money... read more
