My experience with Top to Bottom Services was excellent! The inspector (Frank) was informative and detailed. I felt comfortable asking questions. The inspection was not rushed. I was provided a thorough inspection report. I will definitely use their services again and inform many people about Top to Bottom Services. Lastly, the inspector was on time.

Needed a timely and thorough Home inspection done. Working from California has been difficult through the home buying process but Top to Bottom was amazing in helping us through this part of the process. Thorough inspectors went above and beyond their scope of duties. Truly appreciates all the help they provided.

Jim our inspector did a first-class job. He did a thorough inspection and was very informative on things we needed to know about our new home. He even took the time to demonstrate how to set the window latch to open it for cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

Aaron was extremely knowledgable, thorough, honest and efficient. What more could anyone ask for in a home inspection. The report was done in record time with extremely detailed notes. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a comprehensive home inspection!

I am so impressed with how extensive the inspection process was! This is my first home, so Jim allowed me to tag along to see all of the details. He explained best practices for keeping the home's systems well maintained. He thoroughly explained things to me that I had never considered. He pointed out challenges that I can pursue with the current owner, to make sure the home is safe, and he also explained that cosmetic items I can choose to pursue or "pick my battles" if it's an issue that isn't going to be a deal breaker... read more

We worked with Frank and he was wonderfully thorough in his report and amiable in his interactions! They followed a clear COVID procedure that was shared beforehand with me and adhered to during the inspection. I was confident in his knowledge and he did not hesitate to clarify and explain any of his findings. It was reassuring to have Top to Bottom Services accompanying us in this uncertain time and making the home buying experience less nerve-wracking and more FUN!

I'm a first time home buyer and my realtor had recommended TTB Services. Matthew was my lovely inspector and was very straight forward with everything. He has an eagle eye and pointed out a LOT of things (which I guess is both really great and really awful, haha). But he also told me things that I should ACTUALLY be worried about and outlined other things I should plan for in the future. Although I've only had the one inspection with them, I know I will go back to them in the future. Thank you again!
