Don't leave reviews often, never for services. But, Bob Enders and the team from Top to Bottom were amazing in doing our home inspection before our home purchase. The inspectors went over a lot of very helpful things for our mess home including recommendations for maintenance. Very though report was emailed to us. Customer service before and after was impeccable. Would highly recommend
First time home buying is a lot! Luckily, our inspector was the almighty MATTHEW! Let me tell you, Matthew was thorough, informative as all get-out, and a top notch guy. He explained everything, which was overwhelming, in a way that made things understandable, not as scary as it seemed, and was reassuring. I learned so much and give him a million thumbs up- talk about knowing everything - this guy does!
I called T2BS the day I got my offer and they managed to get me scheduled the next day. My inspector was on time and very thorough. He explained everything to me and didn't seem to mind my questions. The scheduling folks were wonderful and payment was easy. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. My inspector was Brandon B.

We hired this company for our recent home inspection. Dawa, the assigned assessor, is one of the most detail oriented inspectors I have ever seen. We met her at the beginning of the inspection and she proceeded to explain the inspection process. For the next 3 1/2 hours she found every little detail wrong with the house. I'm in the process of purchasing a home in Maryland. My realtor Ted selected this company for my home Inspection. I had the privilege of having Aaron B. complete the inspection. I'm uncertain if all your employees are this thorough but if they are you have an amazing company. Where should I start.
