Inspection on very large home with 4 inspectors - 6hours. Jim Parlato coordinated the entire inspection and the day could not have gone better. Everything came together just as it should and the report was completed and received that same evening. I never hesitate to recommend Top to Bottom as they are very professional and always do a great job.

Hired Top to Bottom Services for an inspection on a home we were purchasing in MD. We had the privilege of Matthew Kaufman as our inspector. Even though my family has a lot of experience with home repairs and remodels, we still wanted an objective inspector's opinion. Walking around with Matthew and watching his attention to detail, was reassuring. He took the time to make sure he pointed out specific details that would be of interest to someone who often does home repairs. Awesome!

Bob was the assigned inspector for the condo we just acquired. He was on-time, friendly and performed detailed inspection of our purchased condo while explaining things we should be alerted to. Bob did a great job and completed the inspection with a very detailed written report few hours later. Thanks!!!!

Hired Matt to do a home inspection and let me tell you, he talks a lot!! He wants you to be informed of every little thing that is in need of attention or could be an issue later down the road. Very informative but damn, he talks a lot! Like, can you just answer a few of my questions and do the work without telling me every little detail? Haha. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bob Enders with Top to Bottom Services. He inspected a home I was considering purchasing, and allowed me to accompany him while he did the inspection. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my multitude of questions as we went through.
