Poor quality of service the service attendant lied to me about my tires not have a warranty poor customer service

Service manager never returned call. Tried 3 times! No reply! Had wrong phone number even after I have been going there almost 20 years! Had my car for 7 weeks! Yes, 7 weeks all for dead battery!!!ABSURD!

Have Toyota care , asked for 10k mile oil change, they didn't do it, waste of 3 hours. I wanted to do oil every 5k, was told by Frank , they only do it at 10 k, even after I said , I would pay for it, useless. Brought back yesterday, saw Ryan, again put down I wanted oil done, not done, waste of a Saturday. Useless.

I left my car to have the Zaktek paint protection applied for approximately 3 hours. When the job was finished I really don't know if the protection was applied because the car had fingerprints and stains all over it, so they never washed it to apply the protection. The car has been new for 1 year and the paint has already fallen off, since I bought it I have had this problem. they mislead me about the warranty coverage, i went there because i heard a noise coming from the wheel on the rear passenger side ,at my first visit about this problem they told me that my tire is "feathered", even took me to the garage to show me and advised me to buy new tires , since the tires didn't even reach a year i declined but the noise was still bothering me so i took it to another mechanic and surprise surprise , it was in fact the wheel bearing hub on the rear passenger side and just to make sure i took it to a ... read more
Just be careful when you are dealing with Toyota Deerfield work shop specially during your free Toyota service of the first 25000 miles, they will bill Toyota for changing cabin filter and will be mentioned in their final invoice to you as well, but the filter has not been touched even cleaned with air compressor and it happened with me twice in 10,000 & 20,000 miles service plus they will not check or clean the engine air filter till they will replace it in 30,000 miles and this info of engine air filter I got it from my se... read more
