They says they rotate tire and they didn’t even put the cap on the tires! !Im disappointed and the car wasn’t vacuum!I bought about 5 cars on this seller and u guys don’t care so sad
Not rear Window cleaning part. No plastic protector for the doors. Very disapointed. You have yo check on the service department

My 2021 Corolla went in for its 12month/10000-mile service in Jan 2022 (oil change / tire rotation). Picked car up it was parked along the curb. My wife took the car out and realized there was a large dent in the passenger side front fender. I reached out to Toyota to check to see if the dent was caused by the dealer and spoke to a representative who said she would review the surveillance cameras. Tried a simple solution but not work, long wait as no appt. Had to return
Very poor customer service. I waited for 1 1/2 hours and my car had not even been brought back into the service bay.
There’s no way to verify that they did the work they claimed to do. They ought to show customers what they do!

But a used car $28,000 used car from out of town had to fly in to pick it up didn’t even offer to pick me up from the airport

Put a deposit on the $28,000 vehicle prior to hurricane and could not find a Way down there no trains no rental cars ended up flying into Fort Lauderdale about a 35 minute drive to the dealership no one even offered to pick me up had a pet $65 to Uber to get me there Once at the dealership it still took 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal even though all paper was done prior and in the end used a different financial institution to do my loan instead of my bank which was more than a percentage lower he said they could redo it bu... read more
