Buying a new car has been a very stressful situation for me... however, when I came to Toyota of Deerfield, I had the best experience. They have excellent customer service skills and truly care about you as a person. If you come here, ask to work with Mercedes and Duane, and they will take amazing care of you. My friend and I stayed until after 11, when they closed at 9, and Mercedes stayed with us every step of the way, and even bought us dinner. We have now purchased three cars from this dealership and have NO complaints. Our salesman, Chambliss ("Cham") Washington was very pleasant to work with, both before the sale and after. He knows his cars and their features. We traded in a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that we had owned for two months...on the new 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid. The Camry has so many features that the Lincoln hadn't a clue about, and the ride is much better. I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. I have to say there have been a lot of screw ups - but it WAS a complicated out of state sale and there WAS a hurricane. I want to give a huge high 5 to Wes in Sales who was always courteous, patient and quick to respond. Wes is the best !!!!

Had a wonderful experience buying my 2017 Camery. The sales mng. Anthony was the nicest man, made u feel really comfortable. My sales man Daniel was a hell of a nice guy. He was great help to all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Toyota. 4 1/2 stars I rate this business.

I was having a customer service issue regarding the replacement of my dashboard in my '04 4Runner. 2 men went above & beyond to make sure this issue got corrected. I would really like to thank Darren Palmer for all his investigative help & Manny Pierre for helping me resolve the matter. Once these 2 got involved - I had my new dash within a week & I couldn't be more pleased. Domingo is a seller rock! He is bilingual, very professional and has a friendly personality; On the other hand, I got a flat tires this week and I passed by Toyota after office hours, the sales people help a lot and take care of the problem right way, even though they has nothing to do with the service department!

Excellent servise they have in a service section there, they provided us with a ride home instead of waiting 2 hours there. Also they have very good coffee compared to other dealerships. :)

I had a great experience primarily because the purchasing process was easy, transparent, and friendly. Humberto helped me find the Camry of my dreams and he did a great job. He was always helpful and never pushy. He took the time to explain all the car features and differences between trims. In addition Humberto was very friendly and patient throughout the whole process, plus they gave me a great price.
