Bought a new Rav 4 from Toyota of Deerfield. Love the car! Other than a small Glitch in trade that was worked out, I would recommend buying your car here! Was thinking Honda CRV, but the Toyota had things the CRV didn't! Car is quite & smooth! The dash is amazing! Having the automatic lift gate clinched the deal! I recently purchased a tundra from this dealership. Nothing but great service. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They made the car buying experience painless; contrary to most other dealerships out there. I highly recommend visiting this dealership.
Impression: Again, my rule is, treat anyone in the service industry with warmth and respect and you'll get that in return. Many of these older staff have developed a firm and colder demeanor b/c they have dealt with many nasty entitled customers. This place was great! Eduardo and Mauricio rock! They got me the car of my dreams, at an affordable price and worked with me from beginning to end. Tried a Prius V....a little too large for me. The Prius C had too much road noise for me to like it...so they got me a Prius that was everything and more than I expected. I traded in my Honda for this...they made a convert last night!
Well, usually I really dislike buying a car and big dealerships but these guys may have changed my opinion. I visited several dealerships looking for a used car and the experience was bad all around. My last stop was Deerfield Toyota and that's where I bought the car.
