Bought a four runner here 3 years ago. Very happy w service and support. Recently I lost the "key" for the lug nuts. Went to parts department to buy another, they did not have in stock but gave me 4 lug nuts so I could change tire. Outstanding, friendly , professional customer service.
I am a Toyota fan - I have had good luck with Toyota cars. I like to be consistent with my oil changes, so I always go to the dealership. Every oil change takes about 4 hours. So be ready to wait or leave. If you stay, they do have coffee-- they used to have cookies and snacks -- we need them back. Also, it could be a good place to work or read a book -- instead of a library, we go to a dealership. They always take GREAT care of me. I bought my 2"15 Camry there a long time ago and I always get service done here because I'm a loyal customer and they have even knocked a few $100-$250 bucks off of my bill when the service takes too long. I've been given a different service person every single time and every single one of them has been super nice, and respectful. Highly recommend!

Great service, quick and efficient. Friendly and fast and the even washed my car. It was a pleasant atmosphere and they had free coffee and places to work while you wait that we're clean and comfortable. I will be taking my car here from now on.
