This review was originally for the Service Department, but I have since been back and also dealt with their Parts Department: same great experience! I was hesitant to go here because the Yelp rating was so low, but happy I did. I took my Sienna in and dealt with Jaime Nadeau in Service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Best car dealership in south Florida. Toyota's are obviously the best, most reliable cars on the market. David was the kindest and helpful salesman. Helped me get the best deal and I'm so happy with my car! I'll go back again just to buy from him.

Have a home in NJ where I usually get my cars serviced. Have used this dealership on 3 occasions and each time I was more than pleased with the service received.

Honestly all dealers suck, we know this. It's expensive and you have to wait a while. But at least this place has super comfy chairs, great bathrooms, a little cafe where you can get sandwiches, and really positive staff. They even have a Toyota saltwater tank. So if you have to go to a dealer, this one is the best of the lot.

This is my second time having my car serviced here, after leaving my original dealer for trying to sell me unnecessary service item and a poor alignment job. Disgusting. I show up here and the the difference is notable. The service managers are personable. The first one I had was a woman, and she was smart and knowledgeable. Had the oil changed and a dent taken out of our 2019 4Runner yesterday. Dropped the car off around 8 and it was done by the early afternoon . Everything was fast and efficient with little contact. They kept us informed throughout the day. If you live within 10 miles , Toyota of Deerfield will pick up your car and return it to you . Unfortunately we were outside of that area but still a great service !

Selection: big lot, likely to have whichever Limited Hybrid new model you're looking for, though sometimes not in whichever color scheme you like best; Service: sales is hit n' miss, some good peeps and some old school dumbasses, but actual "Service" under your contract is superb, quick and thorough; Decor: big clean waiting area, coffee, TVs, clean restrooms, outdoor area too; Price per quality: bottom line, about $4K over what you can negotiate for further north and inland; Beers: good idea!

These guys are great! We've bought over 3 cars from them. No matter what your credit is like they will do what they can to put you in a car but not to the point of being pushy or giving you a bad deal. I respect them a lot for that. I also love the calendars at Christmastime haha. Recently my grandmother went to Lipton Toyota in Lauderdale and I have never seen such deceptive & unscrupulous tactics used.
