We brought little Scion in for airbag replacement around 9am and really enjoyed our visit. I was told that changing 3 airbags will take a full day, and was given a loaner to drive in the meantime. Our service associate Manny was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly, he knew my name as I entered his office! He answered all our questions and even brought in a mechanic Ozzie for our very specific questions, twice. I just bought a car from Toyota of Deerfield and it was such a great experience. It was stress free and both Vladimir (sales) and Jason (finance) were exceptional. They made it very smooth and did not pressure me and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Deerfield for your next car!!

Wow from the first phone call , Jose was awesome. Was very polite. Answered all my questions. I had many. When we came in the next day. We were offers coffee, tea anything. We are not rushed at all. He was a genuine person not a strong arm sales person. It's a very nice desert shop clean,big waiting room, with phone outlets, plus good music too. Jose was a perfect gentleman. When we closed the deal , he even called my insurance company and took care of that as well as new registration. Jose is the real deal.

Karl is the best service advisor!! Earlier experiences with other advisors were somewhat rocky, but Karl is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and makes an extra effort to deliver the best possible service, keeping me informed of my options and providing timely updates. I purchased the 2019 Rav 4 on 4/14 and my sales rep was Kelly M. Kelly was kind, professional, efficient and very patient with me as it was my first time purchasing a car. She explained all of the features very well and was never pushy or rude. She did an awesome job!

Had a great service experience today getting my new (to me!) car's windows tinted. Manny was our Service Advisor and he made sure everything was in order and ready when I got there! There is a very comfortable lounge with a snack area and a small Toyota shop. I decided to stay and work from the dealership and there were many comfortable places to set up my laptop and work! Manny came to find me when the car was done and they even put it through the car wash for me! Highly recommend them for service. Thanks Manny!!!
