I had my 2010 Corolla serviced for multiple recall issues. Called, and they scheduled me the following day. Prompt. Took me in. Didn't try to push additional services (though being time for an LOF, had that done). Exemplary. Job was done in waay less time than projected and they did an exemplary complimentary wash and detail job on the car. (Don't know if this is normal or just a promotion.) I've been coming here for about 5 years, and I've always had great service. They have coffee you can make fresh - free, comfy couches, TVs, workstations with electric outlet so you can work on your laptop... It's great. I'm not giving a 5 because I know for a fact that some managers here are mean and constantly threaten employees with their job. Not cool. But in spite of that, said employees have treated me very well. And I'm grateful for it.
My experience in the dealership After coaple of call to remind me they have A 86 in the dealer so I decide to when there ., even that I did not close the deal they treat me with respect and Alejandro my salesman was super friendly and it's the first time I felt comfortable in a dealership I will definitely go back when the time is right
