Great and Professional Service My experience with Toyota Scion of Grand Rapids was an awesome experience. This is my third car from Toyota. I researched for about 1 1/2 years for a new RAV4 on the internet. Emmy Anderson walked me through the process. Then I met Mr. Snyder. Awesome sales person. Great customer service I was shopping around for a used Prius and saw a couple I liked on the Toyota of Grand Rapids website--a beautiful green one they had particularly caught my eye. Great sales person - Al Luke I had a great experience leasing a car from Al Luke at Toyota of Grand Rapids. I was in the midst of a cross-country move for a new job, and Al worked with me to make the leasing experience easy. He answered all of my questions, accommodated my schedule, and gave me a great deal. I have many friends who have had bad experiences at other dealers and with other sales people. Toyota of Grand Rapids - Great Experience I was looking for a used car for my son and we found a very nice Subaru Outback sedan on the lot and after driving it decided we would think about making an offer. Awesome experience !! We had a fantastic experience buying a car at Toyota of Grang Rapids. We dealt with Frank Turner he made things easy from looking for a car to financing the vehicle! The staff at Toyota was courteous and helpful with all questions! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
