Great Service Bruce Diamond has been very helpful with my service appointments. I have had positive experiences with both the staff and the dealership so far. My car is new and has not required "repairs" yet, but the maintenance has been great, and Bruce has been excellent to work with.

Service at Toyota of GR Service personal, Bruce Diamond. I have dealt with Bruce for several years. He has alsways been up front with and practical concenring any service item. He is very knowledgable and willing to compromise regarding a service task and doesn't promote unnecessary work. He has also service my grnaddaghter's car while she was in college with compassion for her economical resources. Bruce is very technically compotent and honest. Thank you Bruce.

Service Review Ron Jones assisted me in getting the service I needed for my 5,000 mile tire rotation. Although I wasn't there for repairs it didn't seem to make a difference to him. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

Speedy and helpful! My 2013 Prius needed its 25000 mile check-up. Sean Bier-Hobbs was my very helpful service advisor. He explained everything well and answered all of my questions. According to the receipt, Orville Russell performed the check-up. Thanks, Sean and Orville!

Amazing buying experience My experience buying a vehicle at your dealership was the best i have ever had. Darren Harrold was amazing to work with. Working with Darren was a pleasure. He made myself and my wife feel that it was important that we get the perfect vehicle to suit our needs and at a acceptable price. If the dealership treats everyone as good as we were treated, then you have a CLASS ACT DEALERSHIP. Did I mention. we live in Indiana and purchased our new vehicle via e-maill and telephone.

Great service as usual Brought my 2015 Prius V in for the 10,000 mile check up and came about 20 minutes early. Drove in, the service director was right there and said it would be about 35 minutes. Turned out less than that and pointed out what was done and what we should be doing for the next service. Always pleasant and thorough.

Toyota Service Dept. Ben Dekruyter has been one of the service representatives with whom I have worked since buying my Prius 8 years ago. He is terrific! He is trustworthy in telling me what my car needs and not trying to have something I don't really need. His explanations are thorough and easily understood. He is always pleasant and is a great representative of the Service Department and Toyota of Grand Rapids!

New vehivle purchase Darren Harrold Darren was very helpful and friendly with the purchase of our new van. In addition, we hit a glitch with a mistake on my trade in having to do with the Secretary of State. The professional staff knew through experience how I was able to fix the issue and get me out the door with my new vehicle that day.
