Service is Best in Class! Bruce Diamond is one of the best I've worked with. He was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday so I could get my car repaired and get back on the road for work on Monday. They are priced fairly, great customer service, clean facility and great mechanics. I will always bring my car back to them. The team at Toyota of GR are professional and a pleasure to work with.

Great Experience at Toyota Scion Grand Rapids! I received fantastic service...due to a car accident I needed to make a quick car decision and execute quickly as well. Great Service and Excellent Experience Nick Harrington Nick was excellent with making me feel comfortable and being VERY patient with me. He talked with me about the advantages and disadvantages of leasing and buying out the CAR. I am pretty happy about leasing the car at this point and I am sure that it has to do with Nick and his service! The test drive was also great. Nick is a great person to work with customers.

Super Awesome Experience! Emmy and Stephen at Toyota of Grand Rapids were so awesome!
