Outstaning Used Car Purchasing Experience I'd been looking to purchase a recent model Toyota HIghlander for months, and Trey Yarborough, the sales professional who was assisting me, proactively contacted me whenever a vehicle was available that met the specs I was looking for. Great Service Department Bruce Diamond in the service department is so helpful. He is responsive to concerns, patient, and willing to explain what needs to be done and why. I really appreciate the customer service and comfortable waiting area. It makes the longer drive across town to get there worthwhile.
Tara Helmer was excellent to work with Over the past 11 yrs, we have purchased 4 Toyotas from Toyota of Grand Rapids. Working with Tara Helmer was the best experience yet. Always the best service!! I've been taking my car here for years, and I couldn't ask for better! It's such a relief to know that every time I need car service, I'm in the best (and trustworthy!) care with Ben DeKruyter at Toyota 28th St. Even with my crazy schedule, they fit me in right away, providing quick, clean and quality service. They even give me a ride back to work nearby if I need it. What more could you ask for!? ...oh, like hot chocolate, a lounge area and Internet...they have that too!!

Great Experience Had a great experience when purchasing a used auto from Toyota of Grand Rapids. All the people I encountered were friendly and courteous. Jason Reitsma was the salesman who assisted me with the purchase. He answered all my questions and gave me a good deal. He did a great job with follow up and making certain I was satisfied.
