Service I was pleased with the timeliness of having my car ready. It was done professionally and well, my only issue was I did not read the service order well enough when I left the car and paid for rotating my tires when I could have had this done free from the tire dealership, my bad.
Be wary I have bought several cars from this dealership in the past, but when I was shopping for my Prius two years ago, the salesman told me I had to put money down to be on the waiting list. He then proceeded to try to talk me into the Scion, which was on the lot. His knowledge of the Prius was extremely limited. glad I found out about this place I traveled 100 miles + to purchase a new car from this dealership. It was worth it. Sean was great. I began my car shopping experience with an attitude of distrust and caution, but felt very different about the whole process after working with this dealership. I highly recommend them. Excellent Service-Oil change & multipoint inspect I always find the customer service personal to be professional as well as proficient. The cost for oil change & multipoint inspections are very modest. They alert me, without high pressure selling, regarding minor issues with my vehicles. I continue to return for my Toyota maintenance.
Great service, friendly, helpful personnel. We have been using Toyota of Grand Rapids for years. We just bought our third Camry from them and was very satisfied with the service we received. Our salesperson even remembered us from our last purchase and snagged us away from someone else. That, I believe, is really good customer service to be able to use the same salesperson so you are familiar with them.
