Consistently receive great service Always have great service and never feel as if I'm being overcharged for services I do not need. Facilities are very nice if you need to stay there while work is being done on your car. Plenty of seating room and it's a great place to get work done if you need to. Bruce Diamond has great customer service!!

Service Review Ben Dekruyker greeted me promptly and advsed me about how long the repair would take. He was right on! Since the repair was under waranty, I was most pleased with both the service and the cost. I have worked with Ben Dekruyker before and have allways been very pleased with his service.

Toyota service from Blaine Bensyl 10-11-15 I was very pleased with the help Blaine Bensyl gave me on my Highlander. I came in for a scheduled oil change and Blaine met me as soon as I arrived. He did the paper work quickly and then invited my wife and I to wait in the lounge while the work was done. A short while later Blaine came and talked to me about two problems showing up on the underside of the engine. I had a leak in the oil pan and a leak in the water pump. Blaine Bensyl should be promoted! As stated in my title comment Mr. Bensyl went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer by explaining all repairs and even giving me auch neede bottle of water!
Service At Toyota Scion Of Grand Rapids The service was, as usual, very good. I have been coming to the above mentioned dealership for about ten years. I have bought two cars from the above mentioned dealership. Blaine Bensyl has been very helpful. Also, service person Bruce was very, very helpful.
