I talked with Al Luke who was receptive, understanding, and a great listener thoughout the process. A Great Place! I have been dealing with Toyota of Grand Rapids for 10 years and the service staff did a wonderful job of keeping my 1997 Camry in great shape. Wonderful Experience My husband and I just bought a new 2013 prius at Toyota of Grand Rapids and we had a great experience. Kendra was very helpful and was not pushy at all. We had never dealt with a dealership before and have heard a number of horror stories, but they blew all my expectations out of the park. We could not be happier. Excellent Experience I generally hate car dealerships, car dealers, and the whole "car buying" experience. Doug, our salesman, changed my mind about salesman--atleast now I know there's one good soul out there. The rest of the experience was very pleasant and almost everyone seemed to be genuine.
