Great dealership,/service only wish they would - We have bought 4 cars over the past 12 years from Al Luke at this dealership. Al is very patient, not pushy, really listens to what you want in a car. The service department is top notch, I have never felt that they were trying to oversell me, they take the time to explain what is needed and what can wait. happy customer buying a car can be painful and doing maintenance/repairs and be even worse but I have never had a bad experience at toyota of grand rapids. We have been customers for almost 10 years (wow) and would recommend them to all our friends and family.

Kirt Ojala I have always had excellent service from the Toyota Scion service department, even though my Tundra came from a lease deal from Ohio. Before ever writing a review I would tell people that I think the best service in Grand Rapids comes from Toyota's service department. And since Ben took over for a gentlemen who left the department, I think the service has gotten even better. Love my car, love this dealership! I had done a fair amount of research online before contacting the dealer. This is the second new Pruis I've bought from this dealer. Sean my salesman was fantastic! I wanted the nautical blue color, he made sure one was brought in and ready for me to test drive. He was respectful of my time but made sure all my questions were answered. Very satisfied with the service I went in to trade in my Chrysler T&C for something smaller. Jon and Sean helped me out so much, along with the GM Mike to help me get into my new RAV4. They made the process smooth and all I needed was to come in and sign. I would definitely recommend others to this dealership for a Toyota!

Great attentive yet patient service Great dealer. Nick Ignasiak in particular was awesome. I stopped in several times. He was patient, attentive and showed me just what I was interested in. He was fair and honest. He didn't try to up sell me. He listened to what I wanted and he focused on that, what I wanted. His goal was truly to make me happy and satisfied in the long run. I truly felt like he was on my side, looking out for me in this important decision.
I will be back!! I just bought my first Toyota from Toyota of Grand Rapids. What a wonderful experience. I will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership. Casey was great to work with and I'm loving my camry.
