Very satisfied! I'm very pleased with my new 2012 Highlander Hybrid! I love it!! It rides great and gets great gas mileage. I have had it serviced since my purchase and was in and out of the dealership within the time frame they said my SUV would be ready. The staff was friendly and the technicians were very courteous. I will continue to have my car serviced at Toyota of Grand Rapids and whenever I decide to upgrade I will buy there again!

Friendly knowledgeable staff I had a great time bringing my vehicle in for service, well as good as any service trip can be. Price didn't seem unreasonable for the oil change & repairs. The staff was very nice, and were knowledgeable on the topics we talked about. Waiting area is nicer than most others. I have no idea if they weren't busy, but it didn't seem like I waited that long for service.
First time customer Having just moved to the Grand Rapids area, I am pleased to find a Toyota dealership comparable in quality to the one I dealt with in Grand Blanc. The work done was excellent and the service people were very accommodating.
Great Dealership and Service I have been a customer at this dealership since I bought my first Camry in 1984 and was impressed with the quality of their service and of their product. I bought another Camry in 2004 and have found that their service and their product remain excellent. My most recent visit was for an oil change and the facilities remain clean and comfortable. The service was completed in a short time and I was on my way without any concerns that anything was left undone.
Used car purchased from Toyota of GR Pretty pleased with the car I purchased from this dealership. I was looking for my first car. Found the used car I wanted online, so I received the online purchase price rather than the lot price.
