Great service, smooth process My purchase was simple and quick as I already knew what I wanted before going in. Salesman had it ready to test drive and was very patient in us checking it out despite it being past closing time. Financing was easy and smooth. The best part was finding out we made a good buy after the fact. We trusted the dealership had gone over this 7 year old vehicle well before selling it and they did. Our mechanic was pleased with it and so are we.
Service Experience Took my Camry in for its 90K service check and oil change. My service rep Ben was outstanding. As soon as I arrived he let me know that he would be right with me. He reviewed with me all the recommended services and worked with me to identify the ones to get done today and suggested when the rest of the work could get done. Slowwwww Very slow oil change shouldn’t take 1 hour 20 minutes not sure why the people who park the car leave the paper mat and plastic seat cover in the vehicle but the service writer did remove it for me. He was new and could not answer the questions I had with problems in my Tundra I guess I need to make another appointment
Do Not Recommend I received an email generated as a result of my visit of the dealership's website that indicated my trade in, a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with very low miles, was worth between $58,205 and $61,777 and to please call for an appointment. I made an appointment with Emmy (who turned out to be a call site operator) and test drove a car that I was interested in. The salesperson said they had valued my vehicle at $44,000.
