Ben Dekruyter, always professional and helpful Arrived for the 150,000 mile oil change, Ben Dekruyter review the list of services my 2005 Prius should also have at this point. We chose some of the items and will do the rest at the next oil change. Ben later came in the waiting area and told me my springs were broken. We discussed the cost and timing of replacing them.
