Great dealership & service Ben DeKruyter is an awesome service advisor, along with the rest of the service advisors at Toyota of Grand Rapids. I have never had a bad experience with an advisor or with any maintenance or repair. The only room for improvement would be that they have moved their service scheduling to a call center and there is a long wait time to get through to schedule your service now. I will be using their online app from now on, which is what I think they are wanting us to do now.

Emmy Granderson was great! I bought a used car and Emmy Granderson was a great person to work with. She had great communication skills and a great sense of humor. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of in every area of the sale, and I enjoyed the time we spent there while purchasing the car.
