Buying our 2016 Prius Our salesman, Paul Gruber, was a great guy with whom to work. He was knowledgeable and could answer all of our question because he really knows his product. He was prompt in answering our calls and just really easy with whom to work. There was never any pressure put upon us. We appreciated that! We would highly recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids.
Why didn't I buy a car from this place years ago? I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealership. Bruce Diamond was with the vehicle and what needed to be done for it's 10K check up the whole while. From a pleasant check in to called in the quiet room it was all good. Awesome service visit The gentlemen in the service area are always so nice. Bruce Diamond assisted me this visit. I went for a scheduled oil change and was in and out in no time. I bought my 2010 Corolla there September 2009. Best car ever.
