Great customer service I recently purchased a used Toyota. I've never had a Toyota before this time, so I didn't know what to expect. I brought the car into the dealership here for the first tune-up. I was treated very well. I am handicapped. Blaine Bbensyl personally opened the door for me. There were a few other things which he recommended and I had Toyota do some of the additional repairs that he had recommended. Great Service! It's always a pleasure getting my car serviced at this dealership. This time, Vern Hall was efficient and helpful in getting the work done and getting me on my way. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I waited for my car and was able to find a quiet place to do some work.
great service I noticed on my way to work Monday morning that one of my headlights was out. No time to schedule an appointment, and the only time I could get the car to the shop was just before close Monday night. Needed quick attention as I was leaving Tuesday for a meeting on the other side of the state, with most of the drive time, both to and from, in the dark. Needed new headlight When I came in to have a headlight replaced, Ben Dekruyter was courteous, friendly, thorough and professional. He answered my questions and gave me an approximate time when the job would be finished. It was finished right on schedule.
