I do not recommend this dealership at all. First I came in to test drive a truck I found online. It took over 3 hours for them to even find the keys and they magically found them in the shop after I told them I didn't want it anymore and leaving. The salesman, Mike nearly begged me to buy the truck before I even test drove it and when I told him no and left they found the keys 10 minutes later. It's very disappointing this dealership does not have honest prices online and the customer is forced to pay $2000 of "fees to break even" that are labled as "options" even though they are not optional. Sadly, we were unable to make a deal because of this.

just came to know that we have to provide coupons before start of the service . if you request them during the payment they will not accept it. If that is the case they should minimum ask do you have any coupons while leaving for service. customer service used to be great once hear looks it has gone bad now. Frustrate to know this new process . Also no where written in coupon that we have to tell them while dropping off car. It is not possible also as we don't know what all will be serviced until inspection done.

This company falsly advertises their used vehicles on car Guru. What ever the advertised price is, expect a $2600 increase for options, which are make ready and fluid checks. Cash buyers that were ready tonpurchase but i am not going to deal with a company thay lies about prices or changes them during the deal.

Do not go here unless you're ready to spend an absurd amount of money for lies. spoke with David the service manager absolutely rude I asked him to break it down for me and tell me how he's coming up with a quote just shy of $800 for a coolant bypass valve. And he said "it's 3 hours for labor (it should actually be more like .5 hrs maybe an hour at very most) and if you don't like it then it is what it is. Terrible service - Came in at 6:55 for appointment at 7 am. Now it is 09:06 am, they didn't start work on my car yet. They have some hidden prioritization on what they do first.

be aware every car on their lot is false advertised in that you are required to buy a $1,595 protection package, a car that was $16,277 but the actual price for the car is $16,277 + $1,595 = $17,897 and they want to tack on $1,595 the tax extra. it is called bait and switch and it is agaist the law in texas. i just call them scamers and cons

Customer service was subpar. They don't take US Dollars. None of the free perks the other location offers either. WHY DO YOU NEED TO DRIVE 20 MILES FOR MY OIL CHANGE? My car shouldn't have gone more than a few miles. 20?! What are they doing?! Had my seat adjusted, which would be fine, but did they really need to adjust the angles and lumbar? I'll be sticking to any dealership but this one for my service.

Purchased a truck from them almost a year ago. 2020 Chevy Silverado. Called today asking about my warranty (purchased the in house platinum warranty) which covers everything mechanical and electrical. No perishables such as oil, brakes, typical maintenance stuff.
