All in all I had a good experience here as I purchased a new Toyota. Ash, Jim, Diego, Jeff were all helpful and professional through what is always a stressful situation. Very willing to work with me. Did I pay too much? Of course! It's a car dealership! But the guys made it a pleasant process and I'm happy with my car, hopefully for a long time.
Came in cuz my car was making a clanking noise when I started and during driving. Had an appt at 7:30am and was told it could be all day. I was totally fine cuz I was also told that when I made the appt so I came prepared to wait it out. Turned out I needed a new alternator and my heat shield needed to be reattached. This is a 5 star good service and the price was also good cars were bit dirty but some were cleans still 5 stars in nice and this is EPIC. Drinks and pop corn were okay. This dealership is a 5 star
I originally went in to have my tire repaired but that was not complete on 3/28/24. Instead the technician just inflated my tires to 40 psi until the tire light went off. The paperwork states the tech performed my 5,000 mile maintenance but I don't think he did. The nail was still in the tire. I had to go back a few days later on 04/2/24 due to my work schedule. I spoke with the manager named Billy to get it fixed. Billy was nice and Peyton was super sweet. Peyton showed me my tire was repaired. Thanks Billy and Peyton.
I recently bought a 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum from Texas Toyota in Grapevine and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I did a lot of research on a fair price for the car and a fair value for my trade-in, and Texas Toyota surpassed both values. I actually paid less than I expected for the new car and received more than I anticipated for my trade-in. We came here on 1.22.24 to check out a slightly used 2022 RAV-4. The appointment had been set up beforehand and the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. Great drive! Took my daughter here a month ago to buy her a first car. She knew what she wanted, and there were three cars listed on the website she wanted to see. Alex took the time to show her each of them and explain the differences between each vehicle. He was very easy to deal with and was accommodating to all of our needs.
