I'm extremely frustrated with this place. I brought my car in for a routine maintenance check, and after it was done, I noticed a screw in my front left tire. On my way home, the tire went flat. I hadn't been anywhere else after the maintenance. I called Toyota to ask if they could investigate--perhaps check their cameras to see if the screw incident happened at their location--and fix the issue if so. Instead of helping, they refused and were dismissive and rude.
Two and a half hours for an oil change with a set appointment- don't understand why dealerships take appointments but aren't staffed to service the appointments
I had the worst experience ever at Toyota Grapevine! I had 2 tires and brake pads put on and it took over 6 hours. I spoke to the manager and he didn't really give a damn! He didn't offer a discount coupon or nothing. When I went to talk to him he was on the phone while I was standing right in front of him for like 10 minutes! Brought Tundra in for 15k service. As I was exiting truck, they casually mention, "Alignment is due on 15k service, ok?" I respond okay...Pick up the truck and charge $140 for the bumper to bumper "free" service. Shady and deceptive practice. I would have never agreed to a $140 charge on a new truck. *When I received the update text on my phone..."Green is Great! After replacing the battery on my 2020 Highlander with an O'Reilly battery, most of the controls and features in the screen were not working, including the radio. I checked the Brandon DIY video on the Net a this and couldn't get through it because I misunderstood the procedure. I took the car to Texas Toyota of Grapevine and they quoted me $195 just to diagnose the issue. Josh, Thank you for your response, but it's clear that yet another Toyota representative has missed the point and hasn't taken the time to understand the issues. After speaking with the Service Manager verbally about multiple problems, he assured me that he would make things right by providing a dedicated service agent and discounting the repairs. The worst service I have ever experienced. I dropped off my vehicle with Cean on Saturday July 13th and was told he'd reach out with an update on Monday, which I did not receive. I had to constantly call and text without a response until Syed finally responded on Thursday saying what was wrong with my vehicle. The needed part was then received on the Friday, and I was told my vehicle would be serviced and ready by the following Monday. I've spent 36 minutes on hold between 8 calls to this dealerships parts department simply trying to get my $128.73 refund that was improperly processed 10 full days ago. At this point I don't care about the money it's the principle that I have to jump through hoops and sit on hold for them to even address my issue. Do better!
I made an appointment for 7:30 this morning to get an oil change, alignment and fix a recall item. Original quoted time for work was 3 hours. I decided after 2 hours to go home and was told the car didn't even get assigned to a mechanic until 3:30. I was told to come pick up around 5pm as it was almost ready. At 6:15 I still didn't have my car and when I questioned the remaining time was told another 30 min. No one could explain why it took so long. All I got was "we're very sorry.
