Went to purchase a VW listed online and they tried to add a reconditioning fee on top of the "advertised price". This dealership really needs to see this presentation. https://www.txdmv.gov/sites/default/files/body-files/Dealer_Advertising_Presentation.pdf They are in violation of the advertising practices...Look at page 28-29. We bought s new 2024 RAV at this dealership last year. It has 20,000 miles on it. It overheated for no apparent reason. It has been at Texas Toyota for a week. We have had zero communication on what is wrong with our vehicle. We have called multiple times. Every time we call, we are told the name of a different service advisor. No wonder they have so many bad reviews, even if you make an appointment they still take 3 hours for your oil change. I wouldn't recommend anybody come here. They missed 4 screws on my lower engine cover so it was dragging across the road I had to go somewhere and get it taken off because they couldn't be bothered to do their job right to begin with. This will be my second review. I bought a car here used. It wasn't a good experience which I detail in my other review. Anyway, you get a used car and it comes with "free" oil changes for a certain amount of time. Well, I've scheduled two in the past week--as in made an appointment--and they are running behind. No respect for my time and planning. I've talked to one manager, scheduled the latter appointment based on his advice, and same problem. Went to talk to the general manager but he's not in. I took my car here to get it serviced, and I took it home with a scratch. I brought my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When I picked up my car, I had taken a picture of it and in the picture you can see the scratch. However, I didn't realize until I got home. Do not go to Texas Toyota Grapevine in Grapevine Texas! I recently visited Texas Toyota Grapevine for an oil change, and the experience left me deeply dissatisfied. This place is horrible at the service department. I made an appointment on line for 4/18 @1:00pm upon arrival I believe her name was Cristina approached the car she asked what was the problem I said this light is coming on and I also have service appointment she didn't bother looking at the light she automatically told me for diagnosis you must come early in the am and it will be a charge of $59 I was like then why do I have warranty for. This locations sucks. Go to family Toyota of Burleson. Ive purchased three trucks from the Burleson location. They've helped me with any and everything I've needed in the past. Now this location in grapevine I brought my diesel truck that has a breathalyzer on it and they wanted to charge me $300 to take it off and put it back on for an an oil change. But the Burleson location had no problem with that. I just spent $190,000 for two trucks this year and this is ridiculous

Just because they tell you to call the GM, doesn't mean you get to talk to the GM. I called and was directed to a manager. I told him about my problem. He immediately asked if I'd like to get into another car. No. I made an appt on Saturday to come in and speak with him and have him look at my car. I had an appt, but he forgot I was coming so I had to wait. He looked at my car. He said he had to make some calls and look at information, so I waited about 15 minutes.
