We visited this business recently, once again in attempts of buying a car. William Lomax was courteous and patient, while we test drove. The finance manager was friendly, albeit unwilling to reduce prices by more than 1000$. We didn't end up buying the car, but I do want to mention that our experience was very different from the last time. Good change.
Was here for 5k service, was greeted well when arrived. It was Monday and was well informed above the waiting times. While waiting enjoyed the hot pop corn and coffee. In the end, got free car wash coupon.
This place gets a bad reputation but I've never had an issue with them. I have a 2019 corolla xse and they're always super friendly and enthusiastic about my car. My most recent visit was with Noah Fernandez and he had my car out in less than 2 hours. I am going to do all my maintenance with these guys.
My first time coming was not that great... I left without a car. My second time come I got a different agent, Chad, who tried his best to put me in the car of my choosing and price. I was able to walk away with a car without any credit and the fact that they are giving me a chance to prove myself says a lot most def recommend 100%. Just make sure you go to the right person.
Providing this rating based on experience purchasing a hybridToyota Sienna during 2021. The Salesperson was courteous and a demeanor, where we didn't feel pressure to purchase on the spot. The financing part of the evening was fair and the dealership worked with us on a couple of pricing items. For vehicle purchase, we would consider returning.
Sheehan Abass was our sales rep and he took very good care of us! Look him up if you need a vehicle and he'll do you right!
My sales person Will was absolutely Amazing. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was and he knocked it out the park. My financial guy Duane was amazing also not once did he give me the run around or over promise and underdeliver. I'll be getting all my cars from here in the future.
Alex Ramirez helped me find my new car.. he was so helpful, nice, and attentive. Anwered all my questions. 10/10 reccomend
