We went into purchase a car that was advertised online for a certain price. After we test drove the vehicle and were interested in purchasing it our salesman, Christian Helvie, said "hey I got to shoot strait with y'all the online price is wholesale and we have a reconditioning fee for all our vehicles". I told him absolutely not and how that is literally bait and switch and illegal. He went on to defend it by saying it's what all the dealerships do and that they are the cheapest. They showed us a second car and the salesman said it was the same price. It was much higher. They went down on the price a little. When I went up $3k on my down payment to get the payment where I wanted it, they went back up on the price and said they couldn't do anything about that. What?!!!! The final kick in the nuts? They have the car on their website 5 days later for less than their come down price that they said they couldn't go back to. Clown world.

Been waiting since December for the new tags to arrive. I call to check on them and they tell me that it's not their problem, they already mailed them. Go contact the postal service to find them. Shitservice dealership. Go elsewhere to spend your cash.

Disappointing sales experience. Waited six months for a specific minivan, and the order still wasn't right. Jim White promised floor mats with purchase, and a month after sale still no mats. After calling dealership, parts guy said nothing was ordered and he's just the parts guy. No response after calling dealership.

I bought four Toyotas over the years, and this dealership demonstrated such a lack of integrity not honoring their 'extended' warranties that I stopped buying Toyotas for 12 years. This was also because their service manager tried to talk me into a $2300 repair that was completely unnecessary. They've been so dishonest that I drove to Tyler to buy a new Land Cruiser rather than do more business with this dealer 4 miles from my house. Robert in service was very unprofessional and rude. We had an appt for months set and we show up, Robert had a nasty attitude and told us he probably won't get us in, won't give us a rental or offer a shuttle but we would need to wait for 3 hours. We decided to wait and go get food in the mean time. Went there to purchase a car, (12/28/2024) , saw what we liked on dealer website, drove car, talked numbers, price listed was said to be wholesale , they added $4500 to price, also added Dealer Added accessories , $2700, pure Bait and Switch, wouldn't budge on price, car was only 1 year old and they didn't add any accecories, was ready to pay cash for it, could have been the easiest sale ever, especially for end of the month and end of the year, we walked with our check book, will never do business there and will tell all I... read more

They do not value the appointments they set. Went in for an appointment and showed 15 min early. Gave them 30 min after my appointment time and left. They deserve their ratings. Toyota of Denton is loads better
