Crooks and unethical. Internet sales person tries adding dealer prep fee to the OTD price, versus when you go online and start the process and get a deal sheet with NO prep fee. I fill out an application which I know I'm approved for and no one calls. Tried emailing Neal the General Manager to relay my experience and my email address was blocked. They just don't want to sell Toyota's and based on the prior reviews, I know why.

Dismal. Have been waiting on plates from this dealer for three months. They agreed to mail them to me but forgot. They are too short staffed to answer the phone and the rare employee who does takes a "not my job" attitude. General Manager and business manager do not return calls.

Avoid this place! I had the worst experience buying a used car here. Unless you're ready to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, steer clear. I worked with Ash, and I mentioned a few issues, like the check engine light being on. He brushed it off and said it was no big deal. The car also has problems with locking and makes a weird creaking noise when I reverse. Got my car back after 3 1/2 hours for an oil change with one of my hub caps missing. It's always something every time I come here for a service. Just avoid them and go to an actual mechanic that will definitely charge way less for real work.

Brought my 2015 4Runner in for an oil change and diagnostic check as the "check engine" light was on. The oil change plus repairs came to $900+. When I returned the next day to retrieve the car I was advised that there was a 3% surcharge to use a credit card. It's amazing that a dealership of this size, and owning company Berkshire Hathaway, find it necessary to recoup fees imposed by the credit card companies. The service department performed an 85,000-mile service on my son's car when all we asked for was a simple tire rotation. My son, who is 16 and getting his car serviced for the first time, didn't realize that $100 was an outrageous price for a tire rotation. I immediately contacted the manager to ask why they changed the service without informing my son or me. I wish to give 0 stars. These guys are cheap scamsters. I want to complain on Better business beaureu. THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS. SCAMMERS they are. The sales price on a used car is offered $18,901. The buyer agrees to that price plus TTL. The sales rep comes back and says there is a $2500 fee for work done to the car since it came in 24 hours earlier. The buyer and his parent says no. The seller comes back and says they will honor their price of $18,901 plus TTL and says final price is $20,550. The buyers parent leave while the the buyers pays the price, but the dealership then says the cash out of door price is $1200 higher due to a zip code. DO NOT BUY here. Af... read more

This dealership is the single most incompetent and dishonest dealership I've ever dealt with. Their service department should be rebranded as 'Success Prevention' to more accurately reflect their business operation.
